Refund Policy

For a prompt exchange/refund, please keep your packing slip and call 1 (970)-422-3292 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. Products being returned must have a RA# issued beforehand.

All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department.

If merchandise you receive is defective, call our customer service department for instructions.

Once a return is authorized, you will return the merchandise to:

Make sure to:

– Include a copy of the original packing slip
– Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
– Ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS w/package tracking)

Shipping Policy

All products in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days.

We offer shipping though USPS and UPS. All orders will have a tracking number.

At this time, we do not ship international orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs), including orders that have any connection to international shipments (freight-forwarders, etc.). This applies to both the shipping and billing addresses. Due to recent fraud, we no longer ship to addresses other than the billing address.
